Done SA is built on an experience of over 20 years in the event business, paticularly in sport. Such experience includes participation in the organisation of Olympic Games (Albertville 1992 and Atlanta 1996) and event management for clients such as Nestlé, Lufhansa and Swatch.
Having shared 10 years of America's Cup's adventure, with Alinghi in a first place and then in the organisation of the 32nd America's Cup in Valencia, Michel Bonnefous and Michel Hodara decided to partner and founded Done SA to put together management, marketing and organisation skills to develop the company along two axes:
- Strategic consulting, for clients like GSMA (World association for mobile operators) or Volvo Ocean Race (Sailing race around the world);
- Organisation of events such as the Matterhorn Ultraks, owned by Done SA, with a focus on mass participation competitions.

Michel and Michel are aided for Matterhorn Ultraks by Thierry Gasser and Simon Anthamatten, both mountain guides, intimately involved in defining the courses and organising security, as well as Pierre-Igor Cusnir, who manages the commercial aspects.
